Penn Central Alco RS-3 # 5257. From the internet.

I spotted this photo at My link page Fallen Flags.Org to the right of Your computer screen.

When the Penn Central was created in 1968 from the merger of the New York Central, and the Pennsylvania Railroad....the new company inherited many Alco first generation model RS 3 roadswitchers from both railroads.

There were some variations in regards to the markings and logos on some of the numerous Penn Central American Locomotive Company switching locomotives. Some had the name Penn Central spelled out across the hood, while some like this example...had the large PC logo on the short hood.
