I took this photo looking north on North Lincoln and West Berteau Avenues on the northside of the city of Chicago Illinois. A southbound Chicago Transit Authority 1990's era GMC RTS model transit bus assigned to the CTA Rpite # 11 Lincoln Avenue bus line, waits in a cold poring November rain for the traffic light signal to change.
