I took this photo in westbound rush hour traffic one winter afternoon, back in February of 2008.
Passing the many slow moving or stopped cars along the Illinois U.S Route I-90 Kennedy Expressway on the northside of Chicago, a westbound Chicago Transit Authority Blue line rapid transit train enroute to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport passes the traffic congestion effortlessly.
