Hello everyone!
This is Eddie K, Your host and photographer here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

I will be hosting a slideshow event soon at the Franklin Park Public Library, located at 10311 West Grand Avenue in northwest suburban Franklin Park Illinois, on Saturday, May 14th 2011 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

The main theme of My scheduled presentation, will be Chicago's Kiddieland Amusement Park in nearby Melrose Park Illinois. Chicago's Kiddieland Amusement Park existed at the northwest corner of First and North Avenues in Melrose Park Illinois from 1928, until it closed for good in 2009.

If You have some photos, an old home movie dubbed to DVD of Kiddieland many years ago,a more recent modern home video on DVD, or even a memory or two that You would like to share with the audience, then You will enjoy this presentation.

I will be showing a short homemade musical photo slideshow video of Kiddieland's last season in 2009 at the event.

Kiddieland may be gone...but the memories are still there for those who visited
Chicago's Kiddieland Amusement Park. The "Last" little amusement park of it's kind in the greater Chicagoland area.

It will be a fun event, and We hope to see You there.
