The trains from the 1950's and 60's era Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad are alive and well, and operate at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers,H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.
This recently released Bachman model of an Alco S 4 yard switcher diesel electric locomotive painted in the 1950's era Santa Fe zebra stripe color scheme, captures some of the magic from that era.
