I spotted this classic General Motors transit bus photo from the city of Detroit Michigan USA, at My Link page Northern California Bus Fans, located to the right of Your computer screen at http://www.norcalbusfans.com/

After they were introduced by the General Motors Corporation in 1959, the GM TDH Series "New Look" buses or "Fishbowl Windshield" transit buses as they were refered to as, became the standard city transit bus in most American citties throughout the 1960's and 70's era.

This photo from the Jim Husing collection, shows a Detroit Michigan Department of Transportation GM fishbowl windshield transit bus in downtown Detroit Michigan, photographed way back in October of 1971.
