I took this photo recently, in late March of 2012.
An Elgin Pelican street sweeper vehicle from the Niles Public Service Company, is viewed heading eastbound on Touhy Avenue at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue.
The driver of the street sweeper vehicle, is viewed heading back to the Niles Public Service Company garage.
