I found this photograph at My Link page Fallen Flags.Org, located to the right of Your computer screen at http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/

Railfan photographer William Brandon, photographed this Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad plug door box car at Columbus Ohio, in October of 1970.

The Pittsburgh & Lake Erie, was an affiliate company of the former New York Central Railroad. After the 1968 merger of the New York Central and the Pennsylvania Railroad that created the financially ill fated Penn Central Railroad, these cars retained their original New York Central jade green colors and NYC style of markings, although now with a Penn Central logo to the left of the car body.
