I took this photo during an evening excercise walk last week, in Elmwood Park Illinois.
A pleasant touch to the Conti Parkway Circle near the Elmwood Park Village Hall, is this classic lighted clock tower. The clock is surounded by a neon circle.
A very asthetic and classy touch.
