Located just east of downtown franklin Park Illinois, is this very busy crosstrack junction and interchange facilty. This view is looking northbound on the local Chicagoland railroad Indiana Harbor Belt. The IHB crosses and interchanges with the East / West -Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road mainline. Several trains pass through here and interchange 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is the former location where now preserved Tower B-12 once stood.

I think the single track belongs to the Wisconsin Central (ex-Soo Line), not IHB.
