The Gomaco Corporation of Ida Grove Iowa has had a very lucrative business building these unique trolley boddied buses on a small truck chasis in recent years.Designed to look like electric streetcars from decades past, they have caught on in Chicago and many other citties. The Chicago Trolley Company utilizes these in downtown Chicago on various sightseeing tours around the Windy City today.
These buses are sometimes chartered for Weddings, Private Parties, Corporate Events, Parades, and can sometimes be found operating as a parking lot shuttle in large retail shopping malls.
