Chicago's Daley Center Plaza water fountain at midnight. Chicago Illinois USA. August 2008.

The ground leval lighted water fountain in the Daley Center Plaza. Chicago Illinois. August 2008<br />.

I took this unique photo in downtown Chicago Illinois, on an August night in 2008.
Seen here around Midnight, is the lighted ground leval water fountain in Chicago's Daley Plaza on West Washington Street. This particular City of Chicago building, opened in 1967, and was originally known as the Chicago Civic Center. After the untimely and sudden passing away of then Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley in December of 1976, the place was renamed to todays Daley Center shortly thereafter.
