I took this photo on a beautiful summer afternoon in June of 2008. Seen here on Chicago's far northwest side at the location of Northwest Highway and Raven Street, is the former Chicago & Northestern Railroad Norwood Park station. This old steam era train station, has been lovingly restored in recent years, and serves many daily commuter trains on the Metra / Union Pacific RR Northwest Line to Harvard Illinois.
