Utility trucks are a vital tool for any railroad's maintenance of way department, and are utilized to help service and maintain that all too important railroad infrastructure.
The Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad, utilizes this Ford utility trucks for such a purpose at any given time. This photo was taken just across the street from the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad's Argo Yard and office on West 63rd Street just west of Illinois Rt# 171 / Archer Road, in soutwest suburban Summit Illinois USA.
