A brand new Pace 2002 Orion Transit coach. Chicago Illinois USA. April 2002.

I took this photo at the west terminal for the CTA Route # 62 Archer / Harlem bus line back in April of the year 2002. This was one of those right time / right place photographs because the bus driver looked familiar. The Pace Route # 330 Manheim Road bus that just arrived, was being driven by My good friend Mister David Buzek. Dave is the president of the Midwest Transit Bus Museum in Cresthill Illinois USA, and is the proud owner of several vintage Chicago area buses. Thats Dave leaving the bus for a much deserved breaktime after a long drive south. These low floor buses, were the newest thing on the Pace fleet of suburban transit buses at the time of this photograph. Dave was happy to see Me, and gave Me a guided inside tour of this brand new Pace bus at the terminal.
