I took this right place / right time photo after work one day in January of 2007. This is the CSX Transportation industrial switching local, that serves the industries on west 16th Street in the suburban village of Cicero Illinois USA. The switching local has just left Cicero, and has crossed over the border into Chicago, and will proceed onto the Belt Railway of Chicago interchange embankment.Thursday, March 15, 2007
