I took this photo during a short September 2007 visit, to the Chicago Terminal Railroad's yard office alongside North Elston Avenue in Chicago Illinois.
Locomotives from the Union Pacific and the Chicago Terminal Railroad, share this former Chicago & NorthWestern Railroad facility in Chicago's Goose Island Industrial District.
I did ask for permission to take this photo, and the people in charge where actually very nice about it as long as I agreed to be careful.
