I photographed this wintertime Chicago Transit Authority video, on location at the CTA Kostner Avenue Yellow line railroad crossing. It was a bitterly cold 13 degrees above zero Farenheight Chicagoland Winter afternoon that day in north suburban Skokie Illinois.
