It was bright sunshine on this morning in January of 2007, but the outside temperatures were a very blustery 5 degrees above zero Farenheight with a sharp wind blowing out of the west. The crew of a Union Pacific Railroad industrial switching local, are seen being flagged across North Kilbourn Avenue inside Chicago's Northwest Industrial Park. The locomotive is seen leaving from an industrial spur siding after dropping off two cars at a local heavy industrial plant.
