I took this photo on a January 1986 visit to the town of Streator Illinois. This depot is located on the Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad mainline. The depot was an Amtrak station stop for the Southwest Chief passenger train until the 1995 BNSF Railway merger. The Amtrak Southwest Chief was then detoured over the former Burlington Northern Railroad mainline between Chicago and Galesburg Illinois.
