On Saturday, May 14th 2011 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, I will be hosting a photo slideshow at the Franklin Park Public Library in the Community Room.
The main theme of My presentation, wil be a photo and video tribute, to Chicago's Kiddieland Amusement Park, wich operated from 1928 until the park closed for good in 2009 in nearby Melrose Park Illinois.
If You have an old home movie of Kiddieland transfered to DVD, some photos of the place, or even a memory or two to share, then You will enjoy this fun and locally historic presentation.
If You were a former Kiddieland Amusement Park employee, or just someone who enjoyed visiting the place with family or friends, then please come ouit and enjoy the fun on Saturday, May 14th from 11 AM until 1:00 PM in the library's Community Room.
It will be a fun event, and We hope to see You there.
