I took this photo two day after the Chicago blizzard of 2011 had struck the entire Chicago area with crippling heavy lake effect snow of 20.9 inches in many areas.
A Chicago Transit Authority bus heading northbound on Chicago Avenue in Evanston Illinois, is viewed in a Winter Wonderland Setting in the aftermath of the snowstorm.
It was definately treacherous driving for everyone. Walking was more than a mere challenge, as many sidewalks were not shoveled.
