I took this photo after work last year in early April of 2007. Seen here on an overcast early evening in the begining of April 2007, are diesel locomotives from former railroads Grand Trunk Western and the Illinois Central. These two locomotives ae pulling a cut of tank cars foreward on the interchange lead at Hawthorne Junction. Soon the units will be backing the cut of tank cars into a siding at Crawford Yard just east of this location.Wednesday, April 16, 2008
