I took this photo looking east on Howard Street, in downtown Evanston Illinois. It was quiete awhile since I had passed though this area last, and I witnessed that the CTA was renovating the old Howard Street station used by the CTA Red, Purple and Yellow line rapid transit trains. New passenger platform shelters were already under construction at this time.Thursday, April 17, 2008
