I found this photo at My Link page Fallen Flags.Org to the right of Your computer screen. www.rr-fallenflags.org. One of the more fascinating of North America's historic railroad operations of the past, was the electrified Milwaukee Road mainline in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States of America.
Although the former Milwaukee Road officially "Ceased" electric mountain operations in July of 1974, a small handful of their electric locomotives have made it to preservation.
Electric box motor E-75B shown here, has been restored to 1940's era Milwaukee Road colors and markings, and is now on display in a local city park at Harlowtown Montana.
Welcome to my rail fan page! Here you'll find information and pictures of railroad related items from the Chicagoland area, Wisconsin and Indiana. Enjoy your stay. All Aboard!
