The Lyons Public Library located at 4209 Joliet Avenue in west suburban Lyons Illinois, welcomes local Chicago transportation historian Eddie K from the internet site Eddie's Railfan Page to the library on Saturday, October 8th, 2011.
Due to many requests from several people who have attended Eddie's presentations in the recent past...Eddie K will be showing His own unique homemade musical photo slideshow feature entitled "When Chicago Rode The Streetcars"!

The many old photos taken during Chicago's electric streetcar era, are set to authentic historic period music ranging from Ragtime Piano, Dixieland Jazz, and 1940's era Big Band Standards.
