I took this photo one winter morning in December of 2006. A westbound Norfolk Southern transfer train, is seen passing through the Elmwood Park Illinois Metra commuter rail station. The train has been dispatched on to the wrong or normally "Eastbound" mainline track due to heavy rail traffic. This is a common site on the three track Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road mainline during busy times.
