I took this photo one morning during My lunchbreak, in late September of 2009. A recently painted Canadian National EMD GP series roadswitcher, is viewed idling between switching movements at the Canadian National ex Wisconsin Central freight yard in Schiller Park Illinois. The leteers I C on the cab side, refers to the Illinois Central Railroad, wich the Canadian National had absorbed through merger in 1999.
