I found this photo on the internet recently.

Seen here on a beautiful sunny day in 1974, is this Penn Central first generation EMD SW-1 yard switcher locomotive. The engine is viewed crossing one of the city's many bridges crossing a local river.

If anyone can tell Me what river this is, or even the location...I would greatly appreciate the information.
