I took this lovely photograph during My morning lunch break this past Friday, in north suburban Wilmette Illinois.

It was too lovely of a Springtime day, to just park Myself behind a computer terminal during My lunchtime.

I took a little time out of My busy day as a paratransit bus driver, and decided to go explore nearby Wilmette Illinois with My digital camera in hand.

I decided to go and enjoy a lovely Springtime walk through Gilson Park next to Wilmette Harbor. Seen here on the far east side of Gilson Park, is this lovely little beach on Lake Michigan.

A change of scenery in a part of Chicagoland I don't often get to explore so in depth, made My lunchtime all that more pleasant before stopping home to eat.
