I took this photo one afternoon in early March of 2009. We are looking south from the Isabella Street, Chicago Transit Authority railroad crossing in north suburban Wilmette Illinois. These automatic mechanical moving chain link fence gates, safely keep people from trespassing on to the electrified 3rd rail right of way along the CTA Purple line rapid transit.
