I took this photo on a hot summer afternoon, in June of 2008. A four unit set of BNSF Railway EMD roadswitcher locomotives running light, are viewed passing through Hawthorne Junction at the Chicago city limits. The units are traveling northbound over the Belt Railway of Chicago tracks, and are returning to the nearby BNSF Railway Clyde Yard in west suburban Cicero Illinois.
