CSX W 16th St local. Cicero Illinois. Sept 2006.
I took this photo after work one overcast evening, back in September of 2006.
The CSX Transportation Company switching local that serves the industries along West 16th Street in west suburban Cicero Illinois, is viewed just west of Laramie Avenue, heading eastbound with a cut of cars in tow.
The train is heading to the nearby Belt Railway of Chicago interchange at the Chicago city limits border by South Knox Avenue.

What little industry is left...I grew up in Cicero just a couple of hundred feet from the rail line, getting my start enjoying railroading...I do miss it.
