I took this photo last week, in north suburban Glenview Illinois USA.
Chicago's Metra commuter rail agency, had dispatched a crew to do some online track replacement work just north of the Chestnut Avenue railroad crossing.
The car shown here, is a former Piggyback flatcar, wich has been converted in to a homemade crane boom tender car and makeshift work caboose.
