The Sugar Bowl Ice Cream Parlor in Chicago's Pulman neighborhood. (Rumored to have closed.) Chicago Illinois USA. June 1985.

I took this photo, during a June 1985 visit to Chicago's historic Pulman neighborhood on the southeast side of Chicago.

I have always enjoyed seeing, those old commercial soft drink advertisements from the past. This old 1940's and 50's era circualr Coca Cola sign, was located at a business known as The Sugar Bowl Ice Cream Parlor.

Look carefully, and You can proboubly notice what appeard to be a small bullet hole in the lettering.
