I spotted this unique O Scale model train video today on You Tube.

MTH or "Mike's Train House" as the company is known, manufactures and imports a fine line of outstanding sound and DCC equipped models of historic trains of the past and present.

The locomotive shown here in O scale, is a model of the famous New York Central Railroad steam locomotive # 999, wich had set a worlds speed record in 1893, traveling at 112.5 Miles Per Hour.

The prototype is preserved today on display indoors, at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.
