I took this photo back in May of 2007.
Two Canadian National EMD roadswitchers, are viewed preparing to pull a cut of tank cars off of a long siding, at the former Illinois Central / Chicago & Illinois Western ( I.C Subsidiary) Crawford Yard on the near southwest side of Chicago.
This quaint little flat freight yard wich was located just east of the Chicago city limits border at west suburban Cicero Illinois, was closed by the Canadian National recently, and the tracks removed.
