I took this photograph one hot Summer day, back in early August of 2011.
A shiny and very brand new Autocar garbage truck from the City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation, has just recieved the green traffic signal at the intersection of West Foster and North Harlem Avenues, and is now proceeding across the intersection.
