I took this photograph last November, in northwest suburban Des Plaines Illinois.
A heavy freightliner maintenance of way department truck from the Union Pacific Railroad, is viewed being positioned on to the tracks at the Wolf Road railroad crossing.
The retractable Hi Rail wheels, are being lowered with the assistance of a fellow maintenance crew member.
