Kawasaki Assortment

I found this video from the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania area on You Tube this morning.

Unlike many North American citties, the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania and their transit agency known as SEPTA / Southeast Pennsylvania Transit Authority, not only kept their electric city streetcar system going, but had also "Modernized" their equipment fleet and facilities during the early 1980's.

The old PCC and remaining standard city streetcars, as well as the lightweight interurbans that once had served the area, were replaced by modern LRV's (light Rail Vehicles) from Kawassaki.
