I photographed this digital live sound video after work one evening, back in early April of 2009.

As a railfan, You can never tell when one of those "Rare" photo opportunities may occur on location.

We are positioned along the west side of Lehigh Avenue, in north suburban Glenview Illinois.

A Metra MPI 36PH passnger locomotive used by Chicago's Metra commuter rail agency, is viewed heading northbound and runing light as an extra movement, during the very busy evening rush hour commuting period.

There could have been a shortage of motive power at the northern terminal in Fox Lake Illinois, and this locomotive is proboubly heading there to "Save The Day" on short notice.
