I took this photo after work one evening in August of 2007. A westbound Metra express commuter train has just flew past the tiny Metra Hanson Park commuter flagstop depot on Chicago's northside, while the headlights on an inbound local enroute to Chicago Union Station appear in the background. Hanson Park is a tiny flagstop depot located just adjacent to the North Central Avenue overpass bridge near grand Avenue. This location sees a steady stream of local and express commuter trains at rush hour.
