I took this lovely mid day photo in June of 2007, in downtown west suburban La Grange Illinois.We are facing west on Burlington Avenue adjacent to the Metra La Grange Road commuter rail station. This depot also serves the Amtrak Illinois Zephyr regional passenger trains that travel between Chicago and Quincy Illinois.
La Grange is a pleasant and quiete upscale community with pleasant and convenient shopping, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, expresso coffee shops, night clubs, and lovely tree lined streets.
