I took this photo one mild but overcast morning back in December of 2006.

A westbound Metra morning rush hour local commuter train, is viewed making the station stop at Western Avenue. The train is traveling over the former Milwaukee Road line. Western Avenue is the first station stop west of Chicago Union Station.
