The posted sign on the glass window at the Metra La Vergne commuter flagstop depot in west suburban Berwyn Illinois. This is definately a sign of the times.
Chicago's transit networks have suffered in one way or another lately in service cuts and higher operating costs passed on to the daily working class commuters.
The $3.00 fee alomst comes as no surprise these days.
