I captured this image of Chicago Springtime Railroading after work one afternoon in April of 2007.
I was relaxing after work enjoying a visit to Commons Park in west suburban North Riverside Illinois. A fringe benefit for railfan photographers like Myself and a few others, is that Commons Park is located immediately adjacent to the Canadian National Railroad's former Illinois Central Iowa Division Mainline.
The bright green grass and blooming plants and trees, helped to brighten up an otherwise overcast and rainy looking Springtime afternoon on this April day.
