I took this photo, way back in July of 1983.
Although the times have changed and Saint Richard's Catholic Parish located near Chicago's Midway Airport unfortunately, no longer holds their annual summer carnival event anymore...I took My camera to it when I had the opportunity to do so many years ago, and captured images of many happy summer night memories there.
Yes it's true folks, the Chicago blizzard and winter of 2011 has been pretty tough to deal with so far. But just take the time to look at this photo, and believe Me...It will indeed be summer before You know it again.
Hang in there everyone! The warm weather season is not far away!
