I took this photo on a very overcast early weekday afternoon, in late October of 2008.Seen here parked alongside West 16th Street, are two rebuilt EMD 2nd Generation roadswitchers, assigned to todays West 16th Street industrial switching local. The train will service the industries alongside West 16th Street, in the west suburban village of Cicero Illinois.
