I photographed this well used Metra Chevrolet hi rail equipped maintenance of way department truck, parked outside one of their garage maintenance facilities in Franklin Park Illinois.
This vechicle is proboubly due for some servicing on this evening. Equipment like this that is utilized to maintain the infrastructure of a busy railroad / commuter rail agency, must be well maintained and ready at a moments notice.
