I took this photo a few days ago, in north suburban Skokie Illinois.
We are between train passing time at the Chicago Transit Authority's yellow line railroad crossing on Kostner Avenue. A yellow stepvan truckk from the water and sewer division of the Skokie Public Works, is viewed passing northbound on a crystal clear and bitterly cold winter morning.
